The “chat pack”
A separate Pro product at $24.99 a month or $299.99 a year: “unlimited access to Pro Models without credits” that “works alongside any membership”. The service adds that “most Pro Models require a membership” — so the pack is bought on top of a plan, not instead of it. Bundles exist: Premium annual plus pack $394.88, Luxe annual plus pack $599.98.

- No refunds: “We will not issue refunds of usage fees”.
