- “Credits gone in a day” — check the model: Pro and Ultra spend credits, free models do not.
- “My chat disappeared” — on the free plan history is deleted after 7 days; a rule, not a bug.
- “No refund” — the terms say so outright.
- A useful review names the plan, the model and the date.
